I'm having a hard time accepting findings in reports from ten years ago or more as facts that apply today when it comes to use of technology and access especially with the emergence of mobile technology.

What a person can accomplish with an outdated machine in a public library with mandatoryfiltering software and no opportunity for storage or transmission pales in comparison to whatperson can accomplish with a home computer with unfettered Internet access, high band-width, and continuous connectivity.
