  TEXT: The line "Plant a city. sprout a chain" is symbolic saying that building a city is like planting a seed. "Sprout a chain" could mean starting connections and communities. Secondly, "Water it with maple stain" could be symbolic for the history and growth of Tacoma, hinting at its imperfections. "Grow a street, and dance around the rooty, broken open ground" I feel like this means to celebrating the imperfection, messiness and growth in Tacoma . The main message is that Tacoma is a growing city shaped by the people in it, despite its imperfections, its able to thrive through human connection.
  
  COLOR: This poster consists of orange, red, faded teal, and a little of magenta. Orange means warmth, creativity and enthusiasm. Red means, passion, energy and courage. Faded Teal means calmness, rejuvenation and clarity. Lastly magenta it means passion, creativity and emotional balance.

  TEXT: In this poster the line "Holy city of both body and mind"portrays Tacoma as a living being with both strength and is full of ideas. Then it goes on to say "You are the well-crafted city. We are your true sons and daughter." This signifies that Tacoma was intentionally made, where citizens of tacoma almost feel like Tacoma is a family, that they belong in. Lastly "A sacredness of love and death, dwells in your noise and smoky break." This line means that tacoma is filled with history and other memories as well, where both life and the dead linger in the city. The text repeats Tacoma, which points empathizes on it, along with different text fonts. The overall message is that tacoma is a vibrant, lively city of both physical and intellectual strength, where residents feel a deep sense of belongingness where history, life, and emotion coexist.
  
  COMPOSITION: There is this big arm and hand holding a ranch. This just builds significance to Tacoma being well crafted, which is written on the bottom of the arm, in cursive. Below the image is the text its smaller than the image. The background color of the whole poster is this white light blue mix.

  TEXT: "We the undersigned" is metaphoric in the sense that we, the people have the power to make political change. "Agree to wear our hearts on our sleeves means to be open about our feelings, like showing kindness, its telling us to be less cold and or distant. This poster takes "we the undersigned" to remind people to stay kind in a world of cold and distant individuals, in which empathy, kindness are a power, we the citizens have.
  
  COMPOSITION: The fist in the background is a symbolic, meaning strength, power, and so forth. It is commonly used in social and political movements. Then underneath the bold semi canalized text is a bunch of signatures meaning agreement and solidarity, in which to lessen the world of cold and distance within individuals, we need to come together. This is further solidified by "join in solidarity." In addition this page many official stamps and symbols, almost giving it an official feel, like this is an agreement policy, and the signs below is all the people who agree with this.

  Text: The phrase "I'm a citizen of a borderless country" seems to say that there is a rejection of nationalism and national boundaries. Then it says "whose flag is a worn tablecloth. This metaphor seems normalize the flag, as more so something humble and seen everyday. The line "whose constitution is a broken loaf of bread" seems to hints at the vulnerability, and fragilness of a country. This poster's main message is saying that true citizenships is flawed, and isn't just about politics, it also involves humanity, and togetherness.
  
  COLOR: These poster consist of mainly white with a combination of red and blue at the bottom of the poster. The use of white means purity, innocence, and so forth. While, red means more so intensity, and blue means calmness and stability. The minimalistic of this poster makes the message stand. The white background makes it feel there is more innocence within a country. While the other colors seem to hint at less noticeable feelings in this country concept, calmness and passion.

  TEXT- This poster encourages people to focus less on the material aspect like tinsel and lights and instead welcoming others and showing compassion. This poster through the use of "holy" and "prayers" shows Christian values, reminding others that the true spirit of Christmas is love, connection not materials. The font is bond and overall makes someone focus on the text.
  
  IMAGE- The background is diagonal gradient lines with yellow and sometimes orange, all coming together, symbolistic to people coming together. Lastly, there is a gradient of all the colors combined with the text "less tinsel more love" in cursive. This Overall the color usage gives off peace and more significance to the text.

  TEXT: The meaning of this text is saying that space between physical and spirituality are permeable. Then it goes on to bring up music in heaven and wondering if there is similarity here on earth, if there is no boundary between earth and heaven. The font of the next part is in a different font signifying the importance of it, it says "Reach down, hands of angels. Reach across, hands of humans", I feel like this text shows the permeable between heave and earth almost as if the angels will guide humans. Then it goes on to prove this when it says "which were sent from heaven, to cut the ropes that bind me?" signifying that the angles are being portrayed as saviors to humans. The text is written in a ancient typewriter font, tells us that the thin places are something that has been around.
