Rather than assuming every authentic experience requires elaborate new infrastructure, institutions can begin by identifying what students already do that is close to experiential learning and make it more consequential through greater structure and reflection.

It can be a living bank that expands as students and employers add new things that belong. People can even self-assert if we want to make it super sustainable and minimize staff burden
