In this part of the poem, I interpret that the person speaking is dead. just as they have died and all their keepsakes, their things are now signed away and given away to other people. They too are now assigned, it is a sad thought to think that as you are dead, you are now like property and you must be signed away. Just as all this is going on a fly inters, and the room is as if the world kept moving on, but you are dead. to think that ones things and one self are just merely things, and not importance could make someone upset, and sad to the thought. But as the fly keep moving, the world keeps moving and it wont stop for the dead.
