      BG-1 is not from ovarian cancer; it is known to be cross-contaminated by breast carcinoma cell line MCF-7. A database of known cross-contaminated cell lines can be found at http://iclac.org/databases/cross-contaminations/. Having said that, it's possible that a lab may have authentic stock for a known cross-contaminated cell line.
