    1. Before adding the fluorescently labeled antibodies, Fc-receptors were blocked with anti-CD16/CD32 (Pharmingen) antibodies was performed. Mammary epithelial cells were labeled with antibodies directed against CD24 (Pharmingen #553261), CD49f (Pharmingen #551129) and CD61 (eBioscience #11-0622-82). Non-epithelial cells were excluded using antibodies directed against CD45 (BD #553078), CD31 (BioLegend #102404) and Ter119 (BioLegend #116204)
