Rule 5.2A sets out obligations and principles relevant to connection andaccess to transmission networks and designated network assets. Thisincludes the classification of certain services relating to assets relevant toconnection as prescribed transmission services, negotiated transmissionservices and non-regulated transmission services. Rule 5.2A does not applyto the declared transmission system of an adoptive jurisdiction.
