      The handicaps that are put on people are more like torture tactics, rather than ways of preventing anarchy. The men and woman that have done nothing to challenge anyone have be punished and hurt the most.

      It is human nature to try and be better. There is no growth or education when we are limited and prevented from learning, observing, and comprehending what we experience. The limitations are a way of controlling the people, but the people have nothing to do or to offer because they have never gotten a chance to be who they really are.
