Formative assessment- process that teachers and students use to evaluate learning and provide feedback. helps for a to lead to a better summative assessment?

Summative- additive or cumulative, used at the end of course to see what student knows

I 100% agree with this statement. I find that it very benefitting when I complete a huge assignment before it is due and have my professor look over it so I can get their feedback on my work and what I could add or take off. Same idea goes for presentations also, I like presenting to different people many times so I get feedback from these different people to better my presentation.

Truncation- the process of shortening or reducing something

This is very interesting take. It allows me to see the word in a new light. I also thing it is fun breaking up words and learning their meaning and making it click as to why it is one word and why it makes sense, feels like a lightbulb went off in my head.

Feedback can also be an important tool an individual has to know how to receive and to give. Giving feedback can be important not just in school setting but in social settings like relationships and even in a work setting when doing group projects or helping a co worker out.
