I am so excited for this part of the class. I have never used role-playing to experience conflict building and resolution outside of safety training activities I have taken pertaining to my job. Sometimes, we play out different scenarios we could be put in or get involved in based on client-observed behaviours, but this is the first time I've seen it used this way, and I'm excited to be part of it.
