But key difference = no direct contact with the people, just high-level stuff
If part of your job is to deal with a large amount of incoming, you actually need to respond in a timely manner and not let people down.
Basically as soon as your job is to deal with significant amounts of other people (could be sales, fundraising, high-level management...)
