      I really like this quote, because it explains one of the greatest misunderstandings between older literacies and games. It explains that technology CAN also be used as solely entertainment, but is sometimes not considered to be an educational tool

      This is a quote that I hear often from the media, and I believe the most of the time this belief is dramatized to an extreme.

    1. However,you cannot play a game if you cannot learn it.

      Another example of self motivation being required for learning. If you are not able to to get into a game, then you won't be able to learn or play the game to it's fullest.

In the world of physics, as an academic area, if you have pushed yourstalled car until you are dripping with sweat but the car has not budged, youhave done no “work” (given how physicists use this word), but in the world of“everyday” people, people not attempting at the moment to be physicists ordo physics, you have worked very hard indeed. Neither meaning is right orwrong.

      Example of the previous quote, of how an everyday person sees a problem differently to a physicist.

      I like this quote, as it expresses that people have different strengths due to their diversity, and sometimes even think about the same thing in different ways.

    1. But for me to actually feel an idea, it has to come from me. And a lot of times, I have to block out different needs and wants just for my own selfish reasons.

      I understand the statement above, you can't just force someone to have a creative burst, if the individual can't relate to it, they will have difficulty even trying to consider making a creation sometimes
