One-third of the Italian members of the European Works Council shall beappointed by the trade union organisations that are signatories to thisagreement, and two-thirds by the company’s unified trade unionrepresentatives, from within those same representative bodies, takinginto account the breakdown by category (middle managers, white-collarworkers, blue-collar workers)

A translation service will be provided for both meetings.

A representative of SAME DEUTZ FAHR POLSKA may also attend the meetingsas an observer.

the Committee shall consist of six fullmembers and an equal number of alternate members, comprising fourItalian representatives and two German representatives.

This agreement may be terminated, subject to a minimum noticeperiod of six months, upon request by one of the signatory parties.

The Committee’s activities will be communicated to all employees,with the exception of information provided to members on aconfidential and private basis.Consequently, as one of the Committee’s objectives is the freeexchange of views in an open, frank and fully informative context,all Committee members undertake not to disclose any informationprovided to them in confidence relating to product and/or marketstrategies which could in any way benefit competitors; thisobligation shall not cease upon theconclusion of their participation in theCommittee.

Committee members shall enjoy the protections provided for bynational legislation and collective agreements.

The costs relating to the organisation of meetings, travel andaccommodation for Committee members, and translation services,shall be borne by the Company within normal limits.

Each meeting will last one day and will be preceded by a preparatoryday.
