    1. Reaching 100% carbon pollution-free electricity by 2035

Question: Since the Indusrial Revolution, the world has produce massive emission to the society. The tremendous amount of companies are still producing emission, so the idea that all the 100% electricity will be carbon pollution-free in 13 years is extreamly hard to do. My question then becomes will the U.S government be able to make it relisitc or not?

    2. building a clean energy economy

Connections: I've seen "clean energy economy" very often recently in business publish sites or from technology company. Also as seen on the World Economic Forum 2022 which many sesions were talking about the theme of green economy and sustainablity.

    3. Reducing U.S. greenhouse gas emissions 50-52% below 2005 levels in 2030Reaching 100% carbon pollution-free electricity by 2035Achieving a net-zero emissions economy by 2050Delivering 40% of the benefits from federal investments in climate and clean energy to disadvantaged communities

Question: Will the U.S government be able to deliver what they said or this is just a lie to solve the problem.

Reaction: All of these are the goals from the U.S president about the actions they will do to help the climate change. It seems like an very ideal offer and if they could do it then the climate would be much more better than before.

    1. Federal courts interpret existing laws and provide a venue for states, industry and citizens to seek or challenge climate measures. A growing number of citizens and communities are bringing lawsuits seeking relief from the detrimental effects of increased carbon dioxide emissions. How the courts handle these cases will affect industry, government, law, policy, and the environment.

Reactions: I strongly agree. As time passed by, there's a huge growing number of citizens and communities that are bring positive or negative effects to the carbon dioxide emissions, therefore the exising laws or the future laws plays a huge roles to the climate effects.

    2. Congress is responsible for authorizing laws to address the climate challenge and appropriating funding for relevant programs. The Clean Air Act, for instance, provides the foundation for many existing climate policies.

Reactions: Tihis shows that the Congress has the power to set up the laws to support the climate. It is up to them either to support or to ignore it.

    3. grams, such as the Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy, can drive progress in clean energy technologies and bring them to commercial use. Voluntary programs, like the Natural Gas STAR program, work with businesses to reduce emissions, often with public recognition. Traditional regulations, such as fuel efficiency and emissions standards for cars and trucks, require companies to increase energy efficiency or reduce emissions in their own operations or in the goods they produce. Market-based programs that put a price on carbon emissions, such as a carbon tax or cap-and-trade program, require emission reductions but let the private sector determine the most cost-effective way to achieve them.

Questions: For sure these are the ways to help the climate, but the most important question is "Will they do it?". I believe not only the U.S federal has inform that they will help the climate, but all government has once shows that they will make changes. We all know that there are many things the government wasn't taking actions, therefore will the list here be done realistically or it's just a list to fool people?

    4. Given the far-reaching nature of the climate challenge, effective federal policy is needed to achieve deep, long-term reductions in U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, and to help strengthen climate resilience across the U.S. economy.

Reactions: I believe it is very true. It is very important to the U.S economy because if they don't give any importance the consquences will be extreamly negative for instance International trading relationship and others. If they don't do anything to help the climate then people woudn't accept or believe in the U.S government anymore and that will cause big issues in the future.
