      In most cases they have no choose but to change because of the rapid growth. The system grows due to the increase of advance technology. So experts must adapt to new changes in order for them to be in the same level as any other competitors.

      Self-driving though may be seen as reliable/beneficial in the future. It still doesn't mean that its problems would not escalate even further now for both the mechanic and its driver. As self-driving evolves, its complication/understanding does as well.

Even keeping in pace with change can be a major problem when looking into this type of work field. If you're not quick or a problem solver then you have no chance here.

      It's a challenge to make their vehicle more sustainable and suitable for consumers eyes. In the future, automakers will need to deal the many problems that previous manufacture left. Such as a solution for fuel-powered, or better EV designs.

      The near future for the industry can result to major changes and challenge for things such as engineering, designing, etc. The industry's won't end but It will continue to grow leading into their own problems.

    9. The statistic increasingly points toward a situation where the millennial generation has no particular inclination toward ownership and is more predisposed toward car-sharing platforms, the interface of which can be periodically checked via smartphones.

      Generation m has shown a decrease with their ownership of car's. Where they much rather lean towards a car-sharing platforms for travel. This continues to show the decrease of their consumers with their main customers being Millennial since they would be eligible enough to both own and drive a car.

On account of practical ownership difficulties such as parking costs, repair and maintenance expenditure, and even environmental impact, there has been a massive decrease in the number of consumers wanting to own a car, which has initiated service providers such as Uber and Lyft to leverage this inclination toward access to vehicles on demand.

      Apps such as Uber and Lyft have taken advantage to those who are driverless making the ownership of a car decrease. This would be terrible for any automotive company since they would rely on their maintenance, repair, etc. Dropping their customers at a rapid rate.

    11. Attracting talent has come forward as one of the most significant challenges automotive industry is facing today. With changing consumer interest in digitization and a more personalized, connected car driving experience, the demand for advanced technologies has also increased. This has consequently surged the requirement for suitable personnel to understand, design, incorporate, and maintain these technologies.

      Application/applying for the automotive industry has now become more difficult based on their certain requirement. Basically with new changes/improvements in their field of technology, so will their demands.
