Remove the grey boxes with wording from each vets and nurses etc etc, as it covers up too much of the image and looks a bit messy and too busy.

In Australia, we're not all owed to call ourselves a Hospital because we're not registered as one. Can you please change Hospital Hours to something else? Clinic Hours? Practice Hours?

I have to be honest with you, I'm sorry :( I really am not loving this. I love the initial page where the dogs moving in the sunset, love that, but then scrolling down I instantly feel disengaged and it feels unfinished and like the info has been cut and pasted quickly and a pic dumped. (I'm so sorry, pls don't hate me eek). Pay It Pawward is one of our absolute greatest acheivements as a clinic, it is going to be our biggest focus as a clinic for the next 2 years after all that has been invested into it so it needs to be supppper special and appealing, and catchy!! Can you redo the page with what's in it for you...
It needs our T&C's to provide clarity and transparency More of the logo, to create better brand recognition (we have just recently placed vinyl stickering to all vehicles and have bumper stickers too)More details all round and more creativity in the image/wording placement of the what's in it for me page....

I love that you've used photos of our team, but they are pixelated on the screen that I am using. Are there particular dimensions of pictures that we can provide of a higher quality so that our team photos look as perfect as your other photos on this page. Also being super picky, the xray used in the radiology picture isn't of a high clinical standard because it's crooked. Can we get a different one? :)
As our After Hours service and our Home Visits are a point of difference against another large competitor who do NOT offer eith services, can we please move these up to the top of the sections to highlight a benefit of us.

*Homepage feels like it's missing something. Not exactly sure what, but I feel it looks too bland for our branding, can you infuse more of our clinic colors into it and make the logo more visible so it's not tucked up in the corner. Not sure what else you can do, I like the licking dog, and the text underneath and call to action buttons, but it feels too wordy maybe :/

I'm not sure if Ebony and Pete agree, but I'd love a bit of repetition of the book appointment button on the site to be a call to action for them to book an appointment. (I do love on the mobile version, that the phone call symbol is on every page as I scroll!)
