Do you see this as a RACI type diagram when it's done the team can reference? Each member would have a card in a slot across the board?<br /> You might be Green, Pink, Blue?

In our cubical days (dark ages I know) these would have been ideal to hang on the wall. Now how do we know who is what on a team or group? How could we easily identify an individuals' time commit?

For context: You join a team and there are 15 different roles and 7 members. On a good day we try to process the three roles on a Scrum Team and get nothing but confusion. Now picture the same Scrum team and there are 15 roles they chose from. There is not a manager, business partner, or AVERAGE person who is going to memorize all of these and what they do and the nuance between them. It's just too much. 1/2 or 3/4 taken away would be a better start. I appreciate what you are trying to accomplish it's that we must consider the lowest common denominator (majority) when we introduce these concepts. If we want to gamify this no problem it's temporary but this as asking for more.
