missing a space for the same word in multiple locations, Cntrl+F all of them.

On the record view, as a statusbar across the top. The current stage is highlighted, future stages sit to the right, past stages sit to the left.
Comment: This gave me flashbacks to Eppendorf. They had a status bar like this for "tickets".
