    1. This relationship between “information” and “interactivity” is especially important in asocial media environment, where managing information and social relations are communicativeactions that involve interaction.

In this era of technological explosion, poeple are increasely dependent on techonology, and even peopple's daily communication rely on social media. For example, peopel used to be willing to communicate face to face, but now people are more willing to use social software ro communicate with each other. But social media also provides a lot of convenience to people. In the age of underdevelped technology, people cannot accept a lot of information from the outside world or the iniformation they can get is limited. But now social media is the transmission of information has become wider, and the speed of information transmission has become wider, and speed of informatoin transmission has become faster.

    1. I mean without causing anything else comparably bad to happen, or doing something that is wrong in itself, or failing to promote some moral good, comparable in significance to the bad thing that we can prevent. This principle seems almost as uncontroversial as the last one. It requires us only to prevent what is bad, and not to promote what is good, and it requires this of us only when we can do it without sacrificing anything that is, from the moral point of view, comparably important.

I very much agree with the concept that the author said. My personal understanding is that instead of sacrificing something to make up for the consequencdes of disasters or bad things, it is better to prevent those bad things from happening in advance. It is a useless measure to bindly make up for fate of some tragedies in the long run. Like the Mumbai enxample mentioned in the article, the Indian government or other countries have been spending a lot of money to subsidize local refugees, but the local situation has not improved as usual. At the same time, the Indian government has spend huge sums of money to remefy even if it exceeds the government sussidy budget. Instead of this, it is better for the government to find ways to improve local economic conditions so that the peoblem can be findamentally solved. I think this is the real moral help.
