Think of your phonebook, the server is like your phonebook, it gives you accses to the peoples' numbers and names (Just like the internet). Typing an URL in the search bar is akin to finding the name of the person you want to contact in your phonebook through the index. Person's name acts as the wbsites domain and the IP adress is like the specidifc print number of your phone book(That might be a strecth). A hyperlink on the otherhand, acts as magical link between two locations. In a phonebook a hyperlink could be a the number of the person you're trying to contact, but once you touch the number with your hand (the mouse) it immedeatly contacts them.
