      Why is Perry such a stickler for grammatical rules but pays no heed to societal rules? Is there connection between these types of rules? Is he trying to make up for breaking real life rules by being so strict about inconsequential rules?

      As someone who eats when they are stressed out and overwhelmed, I wonder if this is Dick’s coping mechanism? Emotional eating is eating as a way to suppress or soothe negative emotions, both before and after the robbery, Dick has a “celebratory banquet”. Is Dick with food the same as Perry with pain killers?

      Why does Dick have a cat tattoo when he apparently has no fondness for animals? He killed a dog and it is foreshadowed that he might’ve killed Nancy’s cat. Is this just a regular prison tattoo or does it hold deeper symbolism?
