In version 12, brief consideration has been given to the theory introduced by Newen (2018). Some reviewer’s objections, although not substantially relevant to the paper’s subject, have now been addressed in order not to completely ignore them (see 1st paragraph „comparator models“). However, the basic message remained unaltered throughout the process of preparation. This preprint may be subject to further additions when considered meaningful.
