      They start to believe the negative things they say so they start to do bad in classes. They don't want to study, but instead want to party leading them to do bad in classes.

    1. List three specific places on your campus or at home that are appropriate for you to do your reading assignments. Which is best suited? What can you do to improve that reading environment?

      The library, my room, and the classroom. The library is best suited. I can get rid of more distractions.

    2. What things most commonly distract you when you are reading? What can you do to control these distractions?

      My phone which I can put on silent or just turn off.

    3. List the four steps to active reading. Which one do you think will take most time? Why?

      Look for answers to the questions you wrote. Pay attention to the first and last lines of each paragraph. Think about the relationships among section titles, boldface words, and graphics. Skim quickly over parts of the section that aren't related to the key questions. The hardest one would be looking for answers because you have to actively look for things in the reading and not just skim over it.
