    1. Great use of statistics here. Are you sure coffee houses were primarily for the lower class? I always thought they catered to the middle class.

    1. This highlighted sentence should come after the Federick K. Cox info. Actually--make sure you talk to me about formatting this entire section for better readability.

    1. Again, the pathing is not right here. Shouldn't the path be Continue to _ [the next section]? Probably "Community Groups and Partners"?

    1. Something is wrong with your pathing. You have two different links to the 2008 recipient. I suspect the "continue" link needs to go to the next section of the chapter.

    1. You need to refer to the interview with Maggie Kaminski in the text (and actually hyperlink it). Introduce who she is and what she does.

    2. As I said in my editing of your text, this sentence really belongs in the next section, "What are the humanities?" Instead, in this introduction give the reader your road map for the chapter. Something like: Here we present stories about the impact of humanities here on campus that BNC facilitates.

    1. Remove this. We are not attributing individual sections to specific authors. This is a group effort. Everyone gets credit in the About the Authors section at the end.

    1. The pathing at the end of this page should include an option to continue on to the next section/chapter--not just the choice of going back to the introduction page.

    1. "left the university with his wife Laura" sounds very negative. You mean that in addition to earning a degree from Case, he found a wife as well?

    2. Alumni don't contribute to the Development Team--they contribute to the College of Arts and Sciences. See the difference? The development team is just the agent that solicits those donations.

    3. Perhaps you should name the parent institutions--Western Reserve College, Cleveland College, Adelbert College and Flora Stone Mather College.

    1. You have to introduce Lipscomb. Say who she is. You also need to say what alternative break trips are and what Goodman Vote Everywhere is.

    1. Your text needs a road map for the chapter. Say something like: The stories of CCEL's stakeholders that we present in this chapter illustrate the many ways the the organization makes a difference in people's lives.

    1. Are you going to have a story here? An interview with someone who went on an alternative break trip? Also, the caption to this picture should say something about where it is.

    1. Good interview--it succeeds in telling the story of how CCEL has made a difference in a person's life. BUT--you need to introduce the person you interviewed. Who is she? Why are you interviewing HER? This goes for all the other interviews as well.

    1. There is a problem with labeling titles in this chapter. Look at your title and then look at the caption above it: It says: Chapter 3: Comics (2/2). Then everything seems to be okay until you get to the Poetry and Gender Identify page.

    2. Think about this. You never say they survive. The accurate way to make your point is: Viola and her twin brother, Sebastian, have both survived a shipwreck unbeknownst to each other. See the difference?

    1. Not only is this a typo (you mean emphasize, not emphasis), but you should not be using first person singular in a group project. "We" is okay, but "I" is not.

    1. Ophelia is depicted wearing a white gown and surrounded by flowers. Both of which show a softness and innocence of her character. What is most striking of this image is the parted lips and distant gaze. Her facial features mirror how women of the time were largely expected to be pure, fragile, submissive, and unquestioning.

You need to name the artists of each of these paintings. You could put it in a caption under each image.

    1. You need some text here to contextuallize the song lyrics. Who are the Lumineers? When did this song come out? That kind of information. Is there any information available about the group's inspiration for the song?

    1. You use the wrong word here. Illusion refers to something that appears to be real but is not. The word you want is "allusion" which mean a reference to something.

    1. You should indicate the date of the first publication of Tales from Shakespeare. You could also make the point that the book has never been out of print since that time--which tells us something about the enduring value of the work.

    1. Good content on this page but you need to link the text to the video clip and the quote. The plot summary is rough. Send it to me in a word doc and I'll help you edit it.

    1. Yes, but what does the line "we are such stuff as dreams are made on" signify? It is hard to answer that question without looking at the rest of the quote--"and our little lives are rounded by a sleep." Prospero is commenting on how our brief lives are made up of hopes and dreams, but life is short, and in the grand scheme of the universe, we are insignificant.

    1. I don't think this statement is very accurate. Wouldn't it be more precise to say that in the twenty-first century, we tend to view gender expectations more fluidly?

    1. Very nice content on this page. You contextualize the entire book project and do a succinct job of explaining how you use the term popular culture.

    1. Nice prose on this page. Be sure to italicize all the play titles. You should mention the date of the play. It looks like the portrait of Henry V is Richard Burton who played Henry V. You should try to verify this and add that info to the caption.

    1. Everyone needs to put their thumbnail bio on this page--in alphabetic order.

Someone needs to path this page and put it into the Table of Contents
