      This is one of the first things I make sure to do as an educator when welcoming kids into the class. I make sure that they feel it's a safe space for them to share their ideas and be who they are. I try to create an environment that fosters their growth and individuality instead of trying to make them just like everyone else.

      I think that this is so important for the kids to do and it allows them to show all they've learned and how to apply al that they've learned. I have so many kids that love to show me what they drew or what they built or anything they felt was just amazing and it's something that gives them confidence which is so important.

      I like the idea of a community council within a school to bounce ideas and resources off of each other

      I think it's important for us as teachers to really recognize the different ways people and kids communicate and how it can differ from norms and the way we communicate.

It also was intended as a reaction against the concept of the education of young children based mainly on words and simpleminded rituals.

      I think that this provides a good insight to the words and language used and how we can maybe use better strategies.

      this is something i find myself doing already so its reassuring to see it's a good practice.

      this is something thats super important because we need to foster growth not diminish it.

      this provides us with a way to communicate to the kids that doesn't seem condescending or looking down on them
