      Most people that see these videos do not really focus on the topic but rather just that it is sad and emotional. There should be more focus on what it is actually like to be deaf and less of the emotional focus.

      I think that it is very important for everyone to have a basic understanding of what intercultural communication is. With technology being so common today, this allows different cultures to interact with one another no matter where they are. It is important to know how to act and behave approprietly in these situations.
