The way they formed more control over the black population was installing fear in the hearts of not just the blacks, but in the whites and indians or spanish also. There were rewards for complying with authorities and rules of the slave laws, but there were also consequences as well for non blacks. such as giving endorsing interracial marriage or reproduction. So the rewards and consequences set in places really had a stamp on it effect of population control.

This was an erroneous teaching, a doctrine of devils, deifying a man who was not God in the flesh (Jesus Christ), Peter even talks about this in 2 Peter 2:1-22. But since the focal point is not on Jesus Christ and him crucified, and instead on Peter's "authoritative power", this leaves an open door to bondage and shutting the door to liberty through Jesus Christ. Even Peter wished to not be glorified this way (Acts 3:6-26). The Apostle Paul even challenged and rebuked Peter (Galatians 2:11-20) and nothing happened to Paul for doing so. This is and around the time the Latin Vulgate was the only copy of the Holy Scriptures, because the Catholic Church demanded that all the Scriptures in every language be burned and make the Latin Vulgate be the only one around, this was to control the people and keep the people ignorant, it was said that no one could read Latin at the time either only the priests. This is why the Protestant Reformation was so powerful, thanks to William Tyndale, Martin Luther, and Miles Coverdale. In reality the majority of the reason why the settlers of america, after Cortez, came to america and were fleeing not just for freedom of religion, but intently from freedom of religious persecution. They came to America with the Geneva Bible and King James Bible too. The Spanish came with the evil Latin Vulgate and the mission of the Catholic Church. The people who stood up against the Catholic Church and were contributing to the true Gospel and the true scriptures being made, were burned to death, thrown in coliseums to be eaten alive, etc. Catholic Church wasn't discovered till a Pagan King named Constantine who had a city with half the population Christians and the other half Pagan who were fighting against each other, had a prophetic vision from whatever Pagan deity he worshipped, showed him a vision of a cross, and taught him to combine christianity with paganism to get what we have today as catholicism, worship of gods and goddesses but masked with holy saints, even making pagan holidays with christian twists to it. All this to have no more fighting and have compromise in the city he ruled. Catholic church seems to want to do the same thing here in the americas to not lose that control and power over everything,preying on the naive and uneducated, as they were being resisted in their own home country.
