    1. They said that their organization valued innovation and creativity—much more so than those who worked for fixed mind-set companies—and that it would support them if they took a reasonable risk that did not work out.

That risk aspect is one of the more important factors. Innovation is driven by risk in many ways. People will often be more productive than those who aren't permitted or do not feel permitted to deviate in any meaningful way.

    2. This is important. I recall watching an Andrew Huberman video on neuroplasticity and learning that spoke on something similar.

A part of stepping out of the comfort zone involves failures and frustration. Specific brain chemicals are released that help change and modify those neurons and brain circuits.

The "comfort zone" is gradual, a new less-than comfort zone needs to be sought to maximize the ability to learn those hard and new things.

    3. The reason is simple: students with a growth mind-set are not as worried about looking intelligent, and so they take on more challenges, persist longer and are more resilient in the face of setbacks.

This is interesting. A lot of learning comes from failure, and from failure often comes the outward perception of being in whole a failure.

Those who disregard this aspect of learning, should tend to excel in whatever they may be doing.
