    1. Your conclusion should serve as the climax of your paper. So, save your strongest analytical points for the end of your essay, and use them to drive your conclusion

Normally, a conclusion would consist of me restating the topic points but I feel now that adding the really small but impactful extra data at the end will be something I'll use as well.

    1. Transitions: An effective essay will show the connection between paragraphs with transitions. These can be the final sentence of each body paragraphor can be integrated into the next topic sentencewith transition words.

Transitions I feel are actually looked over way too often than many think. These are important to include to simply have a good flow of work and understanding of a topic.

    2. Introduction: Usually an introduction starts broad and narrows down to your specific topic, ending in the thesis.

This is important to show that a thesis and introduction are the same yet different, and work only when both are there.

    1. Claim: Keeping assault weapons out of private citizens’ hands can lower the increasing occurrences of barbaric public slayings

The way of organizing all my claims into one paragraph might not be the way I'll write, since I'm used to putting all my different claims and evidence into their own individual paragraphs.

    2. Introductory Paragraph oYour introductory paragraph sets the stage or the context for the position you are arguing for. oThis introduction should end with a thesis statement that provides your claim (what you are arguing for) and the reasons for your position on an issue. A.Your thesis: ostates what your position on an issue is ousually appears at the end of the introduction in a short essay oshould be clearly stated and often contains emphatic language (should, ought, must) B.Sample Argumentative Thesis oThe production, sale, and possession of assault weapons for private citizens should be banned in the U.S

Your introductory paragraph alone already takes a huge chunk of a part of your outline and is spread out lengthily.

    3. No one structure fits all written arguments. However, most college courses require arguments that consist of the following elements.

This is to say that there are more than one structure of an argumentative outline but the basics are required for most colleges.

    1. It’s not always easy and sometimes I find it hard to switch off. Brain cancer patients will say to me “I’m really worried about how my family will cope.” As a mum myself, It’s really tough to hear that. But part of my job is supporting the family, and their children if they’re struggling.

The way a nurse deals with this kind of emotional pressure is simply not forgetting who they are outside of the scrubs but remembering that and their duty for the patient and those who care for them.

    2. We are the heart of healthcare and the hospitality of the hospital and while we are bound by paperwork, short on hands, sleep and energy, we are never short on care.

This is the passion a person who faces stress daily and would call it normal is like and understands the duty they have and what it needs from them.

    3. There hasn’t been a single day where I’ve not learned something new.

In a business that requires knowledge acquired by the book has still always a different kind of lesson to teach for nurses.

    1. Our findings highlight the need for WHPPs that support nurses in managing stress and transforming the work environment to facilitate healthy lifestyles.

The harsh irony of a person who helps needing the same help for themselves is a huge reality for many medical professionals around the world.

    2. Nurses frequently mentioned lack of time to prepare healthy meals due to long working hours and being overtired from work.

A sacrifice many nurses face having to always be on the clock and many who may have a hard time managing their time in the field may end up hurting themselves more than help the ones who are hurt.

    3. Night shift nurses frequently identified weight gain and living with NCDs such as hypertension as their main health concerns.

Nurses who work a nightshift as a result have some different issues for themselves compared to day time nurses, such as obesity, this is due to the possible lack of activity the night may ensue.

    4. Nurses have an increased risk for non-communicable diseases (NCDs)

As a nurse, they take care of people with not only injuries but diseases as well, which can also put themselves at risk of contracting it through treatment of it.

    1. she can be discharged. I quickly get her paperwork together and no sooner is she out the door, do I hear I’m getting an admission. I head down the hall before the new patient comes and bladder scan my patient whose foley was removed earlier. Wonderful! He reports he has voided 300ml and only 80ml remain in the bladder. He can go home home too!

This shows how in a way, even if there are more new patients to be admitted to replace the ones that are discharged, more can be happily discharged than admitted as long as the work is properly done and taken care of.

    2. a good opportunity to check in on a patient who has been requiring less attention throughout the morning.

This shows how a nurse thinks on the go by trying to, in a sense, hit two birds with one stone or more simply put, multitasking.

    3. 7:50am and I’m signed onto a computer, reviewing doctor’s notes, reviewing orders I need to execute, looking at AM blood work results, and checking to see if anyone requires 8am medications. I determine who is the most critical and should be seen first, and I’m off.

This shows the specific time table of periods of planning and organizing takes, which with what is implied here is roughly only ten minutes given.

    4. the spider and varicose veins that are destined to come my way.

This shows the eminent threat of spider and varicose veins that are to come from the constant physical part of a nurse's labor and the smallest precautions one so young as her makes for it.

    5. I laid out my clothes the night before, allowing me to sleep to the very last second possible (every little bit of sleep helps).

This is an example of how a nurse's mindset works, which is about thinking in advance and to the very minuscule of a second's worth of time management.

    1. Laramiun Byrd. Laranium was the only child of Mary Johnson.

Being the only child means that they're protected and valued so much by a parent and to think that the mother herself despite this fact and the anger she had against Oshea, she finally forgave him and treated him as her own child.
