I love this point, there are so many different places and there is always inequality everywhere.

Urge participants to avoid self righteousness and preaching to family and friends about privilege, especially if it is something they have just discovered themselves. Explain the word "systemic." Help participants or students to think about what it is to see society systemically, and structurally, rather than only in terms of individuals making individual choices.
I love this point I see a lot of my fellow youth who preach and preach and talk over POC's who are trying to speak about issues that they are facing. You need to be educated in order to talk about something and when you recognize your privilege that day you can't switch like that and go on straight to sharing facts to others and preaching to family members.
