When i hear the term "Contour" i always think about the area of a shape the would be the last part to worry about or the area that is lower than any other area of the shape.

Wherever I hear or see the word shell I always think of either a thin or slightly thick wall that is hollow on the inside of it.

When I first read about Revolved Features I was confused at first, and then as I looked more into it I started realizing that its not that difficult to understand and use.

Default Planes makes me think of the two separate words Default and Planes. Default being the very first place you start off no matter what project you do. Planes being the faces you can be on whether that be front, top, back, etc;
