    1. She had told God, "I'm not ready,” and it was because of me. Because had she died at 20, | would have become the mother of all these other children. She felt that she couldn't do that to me.

      The mother didnt want her oldest daughter to continue putting her plans aside to help her family. She didn't want to die because she does'nt want to add more weight into her daughter shoulder since she would have to become the mother of her siblings. Which speaks a lot about how big was the love that mother had for her daughter

      "long distance relations are for fools" basically what she means is that long distance relationship tent to cheat on each other more, and also they tent to lose interest and feelings faster than other regular relationships

      I relate to this because i was also not allow to do none of those things, but once i turned 15 my parents were more open to letting me try new things. I remember i had my first make up palette and foundation at the age of 15.

      This happens a lot here in New York City, especially with immigrant people. I remember when i first moved here, i stay in a 2 bedroom appartment with 9 other family members for about 5 months.

      Discrimination in The United STates. -Eventhough the united states does not have a official language people tend to get super offended when you speak any other languagues other than English and some times youll end up with a terrible experience. -In my case, i had 2 coworkers one colombian the other is "American" who felt offended because i spoke spanish to my Colombian coworker (who doesnt speak much English) like how can you get offended because im trying to help someone understand their task?
