This is a great mindset to have in the workplace. As someone who has experienced having a ship-sinker on her team, I speak from experience when I say that mentality changes everything. Healthcare is stressful. Radiology departments have never had more work to do. Orders pile up, and someone who wants to just be on their own boat with their own problems will sink the department. You HAVE to lift others up and be a helper. In our jobs, people's lives can and do depend on it.
