. If some restore point becomes obsolete, Veeam Agent will re-build the full backup file to include in it data of the incremental backup file that follows the full backup file
There should be the same info as in Synthetic Full article: agent will not merge points if user set an AF schedule. The points will be stored until next AF with retention will take place.

A full backup file is created on Sunday, incremental backup files are created on Monday and Tuesday, and an active full backup is created on Wednesday.
On the picture we have increments on Mon, Tue, Wed and full on Thu

Veeam Agent will not run active full backup.
Agent will do AF if you manually start job. So the point should be that it won't make AF automatically if you only put AF schedule without regular job schedule. But it will force AF on selected day if you start job manually.
