    1. Whether not these school districts win this case the attention brought to the issues is win enough. But this is definitely a bigger issue than just in schools. Social media is toxic to anyone, but most importantly kids. These apps need to be kept in check with what content is being posted. But the capitalist companies will forever claim that it's the consumers fault and not theirs. These apps have been proven to be addictive yet they're not regulated like other addictive substances.

The Texas grid has become somewhat completed used so the demand for electricity is rising as more companies are using the power. And the cost of building new grids is being paid by Texas consumers on their bills. Larger companies have found ways to dodge the bill increases by saving electricity at strategic times, but that can shift the cost to small businesses and households. Industrial consumers are cheating the system. Their looking to solve the cost issues by allocating cost fairly.

    1. Texas politicians are often hypocritical and contradict themselves by banning the same laws they once profited from.

      They often find scummy ways to protect themselves but not others.

      GOP doesnt care to prevent voting fraud because i might benefit them they only care to silence the viewpoint and voters that oppose them.

    1. But these sheriffs can also enforce these awful laws in communities not just the border. And these threats of deportation are scaring local families as well as increasing fear of public safety. Sheriff Fullen has made horrible remarks about migrants, and has tried to paint them as criminals.

    2. Houston area sheriffs have already stepped up on migrants. Some going as far as being at the border themselves. But ICE doesn't have the ability to carry out what trump wants themselves they can while sheriffs are involved, so these sheriffs will feel motivated to cooperate to score political points. As of now most sheriffs have granted ICE help as well as access to local county jails, and reserve jails.

    3. Houston sheriffs talk tough on immigrations, but haven't done much. And with trumps mass deportation they have been urged to step up. Peoples opinions of these deportations have been split.

Under her leadership, the commission agreed on three basic principles: First, illegal immigration is a violation of the rule of law and undermines America’s tradition as a nation of immigrants; second, legal immigration, if properly regulated, serves the national interest; and third, the nation must pay attention not only to who gets in but also to what happens to them after they arrive. The commission ultimately recommended an overall reduction in legal immigration while also temporarily increasing visas for spouses and minor children of citizens or legal permanent residents.

    2. The U.S immigration system need to be changed, because of loose promises made to America people about solutions of overpopulation. Trump is working to dismantle the Biden administration that allowed an expanded parole program that allowed over a million immigrants. But his push to do that lacks funding, and runs into legal issues. Americans should look into more humane solution to border security. So, Congress passed the immigration act of 1990 to establish a commission on immigration reform.

    3. There is a major problem with deportation and immigration in America, where people who deserve to get in don't, and are kept out and treated poorly. Now that trump is back in office, he wants to strike fear in immigrants.

    1. The president wants to reduce debt by saving money by releasing, or not incarcerating nonviolent offenders. 72% of federal prisoners are in for nonviolent offense with no records.

    2. Prison are overpopulated and they're costing America taxpayers more and more. Prison were originally meant for reform and punishment but now only seem to punish and reform is forgot about. There is other options for nonviolent offenders
