Yes, I think Villavicencio's The Undocumented Americans effect social change as it provides an insight on what it's like being an undocumented American.
Need to add more reasoning and a more specific purpose to my stance to make this feel more persuasive. Important pieces for my argument, Villavincecio's parents, later life experiences with children maybe, and then finish it off with the accounts from the adults she meets later on in her life.
