Me gusta mucho su forma de pensar (de Rebeca).
Guiar nuestra conducta por reglas e instrucciones que señalen el valor reforzante de gran cantidad de aspectos, que nos den el control sobre las situaciones, sobre nuestro propio bienestar y que incluso puedan alterar el valor de los reforzadores o de cualquier elemento de las secuencia funcional (operaciones de establecimiento). Ya sabemos que muchas de las cosas que hacemos para conseguir algo a largo plazo, o se mantienen por consecuentes inmediatos que nosotros mismos nos proporcionamos (imaginar las consecuencias apetitivas de mi acción en el futuro, etc.)…o nuestro autocontrol sería cero y nos moveríamos sólo por reforzadores inmediatos en el tiempo. En este aspecto, ya sabemos que el lenguaje y los eventos privados en general tienen un valor central.
¿Que sepamos tener autocontrol para hacer hoy cosas que nos harán bien a largo plazo aunque no nos causen placer inmediato? ¿Que sepamos disfrutar / ser felices con ellas? No sé si entiendo este párrafo, pero creo que se refiere a eso.

Le hace a uno pensar si los que tendrían que pasar ese tiempo en prisión no serían acaso los legisladores que aprovechan momentos de shock para hacer leyes que van más allá de los intereses de los ciudadanos y sirven para controlarlos, o los jueces que las aplican en su sentido más idiota.
En el caso de Willy Toledo, dejando de lado todo lo demás, que es mucho dejar, parece claro que la primera finalidad de la citación, solo para ser oído, dice el art. 486 de la Ley, y para que en ese momento se le informe de la acusación y de sus derechos, teniendo en cuenta la escasa entidad del delito, el nulo riesgo de fuga, el hecho de que tenía designado abogado y el de que se tenía constancia de que no iba a aportar nada a la investigación en su comparecencia, ya que había informado expresamente de que se negaría a declarar, no debería haber conducido al juez a convertir la orden de comparecencia en orden de detención.
