    1. Your web browsing history and your app usage history should qualify as sensitive personal information.

This is so shocking to me. How is this information not sensitive or private? How does congress not recognize that? Also, even if they recognize it, how will it be enforced? It's so frustrating because it just feels more impossible to regulate the more I learn about it

    1. . As a result, many students consent to the terms of use presented by a program or application without reading through the details contained within the document.

I wonder how we could make "terms and conditions" something that people actually want to read. I have never once read through a full terms and conditions and I wouldn't expect students to want to either. So, when they talk about "information is only being taken once the student knows", the student never actually knows. How do we fix that?

    1. Students would have to spend time and energy reorienting themselves to the design of the space before being able to settle down to learn

I have always advocated for schools having a single party they use for all classes. I know its a lot to ask, but when some teachers choose to use another website besides Moodle, it gets really confusing and overwhelming for students! We shouldn't need to constantly relearn how to navigate a website just to find our homework. If all teachers used the same platforms, it would be so much easier for the students.

    2. feedback from your users

Yes! I have had a few professors ask for anonymous feedback throughout the semester in regards to their teaching style, use of tech, etc. This shows that they really do care about their students needs and are going above and beyond to be accessible to all of their students. Showing an active desire to learn and become better at being accessible is so necessary as a teacher! We aren't perfect, and we need to be learning just as much as we are teaching.

    1. Maximize compatibility with current and future user agents, including assistive technologies.

I feel like this isn't followed by a lot of websites and apps. For example, I can't use procreate because my ipad is too old for it. I know thats a silly thing, but you'd like to think that this principle would be taken more seriously

    2. 2008

I wonder why it hasn't been updated since 2008. I feel like a lot of things have changed regarding accessibility and just in technology in general over the past 15 years. (Wow, 2008 was 15 years ago??)

    1. ‘My Daily Create’

I am a big believer in daily habits and their positive effects! I started meditating for a class back in senior year of high school and have meditated every day since. Giving students and teachers a good example of how habits can truly help you grow as a person is so important! With that said, it's easy to fall into bad habits as well. A lack of passion, enthusiasm, and creativity can foster a boring classroom, so making an effort to be creative every day as an educator is so important! We need to stay present with our students, stay up to date on all things edtech, and continue to foster a creative and welcoming environment for all of our future students!
