    1. boasted about his reach

Again, this reads like Horner's main job is to create fake news. And not only that, but he was very successful at it. Why is creating fake news something to "boast" about? How is it that this person is in a position to do this on such a broad scale, and boast about its success?

    2. the work of an American fake-content creator, Paul Horner

It's interesting to me that this title identifies this person as nothing else than a "fake-content creator". To me, this reads as if Horner's main job or career is to create fake news. I wonder if this will become a thing, much like being a YouTube- or TikTok-content creator became a thing. Will employers or other key players begin to employ people to further their political or economic motives by working on fake-content creation? Or is this something that has already begun?

    1. A pandemic marked by unprecedented and politicized misinformation has spurred a revival in wonder cures.

To me, this sentence seems to foreshadow a greater main point to this article, besides the obvious success of Black Oxygen Organics. This sentence hints that not only have the pandemic and its affects allowed for many products, not just BOO, to find success, but that it's also created a space for misinformation and conspiracy theories to thrive.
