In this case, Kraft wanted to show cost savings, but the company used incorrect accounting information to make the savings look better than they really were. This reminded me of what we read about following rules, being honest, and making responsible business decisions. Also, I found this thought-provoking because a company may want to save money and look successful, but if it does this by breaking rules or giving false information, it can hurt investors and the company itself. Being successful in business is not only about making money; companies also need to be honest and follow the law.
