I love how in this article and the last there has been the opportunity to listen to the article, really shows websites and article authors not just talking about UDL, but actually putting it into practice

(don’t just click “I Agree” without actually reading the terms!
Something I think would be incredible to put together though difficult is something I guess like the site like reqordify (http://rewordify.com/) and quillbot (https://quillbot.com/) that takes dense text and simplifies it. The resource could also explain common phrases that can to many be so confusing in a terms of service. I don't know if it's already out there, but I do know that companies are clever in making their terms of use so long and complicated because it makes nearly everyone click agree without reading.
Terms of Service
This is a really disturbing chart to me. The fact that google can read private messages and amazon can change their terms without telling anyone. Also to think amazon on twitter can just delete your account. So much information I never knew because they pack it in dense terms of services.
complex phenomenon, reflecting the interaction between features of a person’s body and features of the society in which he or she lives. Overcoming the difficulties faced by people with disabilities requires interventions to remove environmental and social barriers
This definition must have grown so much over the past few years as society has accepted disability is not just physical. It'd be very interesting to see a compilation of past definitions.
Microsoft Immersive Reader
This is such an incredible tool that I only found out about last semester. UMass students if you see this, we get Microsoft for free so we literally can have access to this and so many other tools. It has changed how I read assignments and how I write them because I now use Microsoft words text to speech function and it's so much easier.
here's an example Google Form check in survey)
This is honestly something so few of my teachers have done through this transition to online learning, and yet it is so important. Most teachers seem to have no ideas on how to overcome internet shortages and I think it would be very valuable for them to be trained and made aware of the options for students to go old-school and off-screen and still benefit from the learning opportunity
Higher-Order Thinking
I feel like my resource library is often lacking in this category as well as the metacognitive engagement. If anyone has suggestions or recommendations - do reply
Scale
This category is a huge reason I rely so heavily on the Google Suit - so few other internet tools have the scale to provide for larger class sizes
