    1. Who is it that does not know, that by treaties in Europe the succession and constitution of many sovereign states, has been regulated

      All of the sovereign states have been completed regulated of their own success due to the constitution. This could end up hurting these states really bad in the near future due to what the constitution entails. Some worse than others.

    2. We first find the president fully and absolutely vested with the executive power, and presently we find the most important and most influential portion of the executive power -- e.g., the appointment of all officers -- vested in the senate, with whom the president only acts as a nominating member

      The president will be elected if he is qualified enough to fit his position and will have people around him, the senate and congress, to fill that same requirement in order to further on flourish our nation.l

    3. The first clause o the constitution assures us, that the legislative powers shall be vested in a Congress, which shall consist of a senate and house of representatives;

      Once again we talk about the importance of structure and stability when dealing with the legislative powers. Different parts of the elective office have varied responsibility to help make sure our nation is in great hands.

    1. Every freeman of America ought to hold up this idea to himself: that he has no superior but God and the laws

      Here the document talks about the idea of what to believe as the highest powers among the human being, this would be God himself and the laws. They are describing that people should never think that the laws don't apply to them in any given circumstance, they will always follow authoritarian figures to make sure they are not out of line.

    2. A quorum of 65 representatives, and of 26 senators, with a king at their head, are to possess powers that extend o the lives, the liberties, and property of every citizen of America.

      I think it is very important to establish some sort of structure when dividing the elective office. Understanding the natural rights of human beings is something that anybody who works within that office should continue to strive as it is their duty to secure those rights that we rightfully obtain, having this hierarchy within power is very much effective.

    1. When power, therefore, is placed in the hands of so small a number of men, as to admit of their interests and views being easily combined in a common enterprise, by an artful leader, it becomes more liable to abuse, and more dangerous when abused, than if it be lodged in the hands of one man; who, from the very circumstance of his being alone, will be more narrowly watched and more readily suspected, and who cannot unite so great a mass of influence as when he is associated with others

      Restating the entire theme of this whole federalist document, Hamilton continues to discuss the good and evil of the execute power within the elective office. He states the power of the small number of men would be acting as a liability and danger to the office rather than being put in the hands of an "artful leader" who is ready for anything that is thrown at him.

    2. in a word, that all multiplication of the Executive is rather dangerous than friendly to liberty.

      Hamilton is describing the execute power to be in the betters hands of one ruler rather than an entire group of leaders. Contrary to what the Republican Party thinks of that statement, I disagree with Hamilton's train of thought. It seems to widen the perspective on a topic when looking through different insights rather than believing in what you think is right. In my opinion, Absolute power is not a proper way of leading a nation's worth of civilians.

    3. Without this, there would be no responsibility whatever in the executive department an idea inadmissible in a free government

      I believe that it is very important to have a well developed council who on behalf on the king suggests decisions on what may be in that nation's best interest. If there was no team, the government would be very loose and have no sense of stability and structure; which therefore would have the country turn into chaos. Frankly, I do not think that any large country would be where there are without a consultation team guiding the biggest power in their respective nation.

    4. It is evident from these considerations, that the plurality of the Executive tends to deprive the people of the two greatest securities they can have for the faithful exercise of any delegated power

      This all leads back to the two core sides of responsibility, punishment and censure. If the people aren't allowed to exercise their own opinion of what they think is right or wrong, what kind of restricted state would we be living it? Adding on to the first point, it leads them to truly understand who they want as their leader with total mental clarity. This would lead to the executive leader(s) being removed from office or facing a legal punishment.

    5. The first is the more important of the two, especially in an elective office.

      When dealing with responsibility, being censured most certainly matters more than the essence of punishment. When someone expresses a statement of disapproval in the elective office, it shows that they cannot be trusted. But surely one would not take it to the extent of being legally punished.
