In recent years, the use of technology has been increasingly high. In my own personal experience, I have noticed multiple different public school systems have been giving their students laptops to use at home and school. it is important to understand who the digital tool is created for. Gaining this information will give you a better understanding of the companies goals they are trying to achieve. If it is evident that the company's only goal is to make money, the digital tool may not be the best tool to use for education. Providing information in multiple formats is a concept I have never really thought about in depth. For a student with a communication disability this can be crucial. When posting to the internet to connect with other individuals or inform the community you can never be completely aware of who your audience is. Someone viewing your content could have a communication disability which is why you should always post in multiple formats so you are able to reach all potential viewers.
