Much easier to understand than the other stories, I was just confused with some of the words that were made up? Jonathan Swift has a lot of creativity.       My reflection: This was a little hard to understand towards the end of the reading, but i loved the beginning when it was talking about how we should teach and learn. I looked this story up on Google and it said that the author was the first tutor of Princess Elizabeth (now Queen) and Queen Mary. This story is "based on his experience as a teacher". Very interesting!

      My reflection: I liked this story. Easier to understand, and it also relates to the previous story. I read this while working on the first writing project. I really liked how all characters correlate with everyman (humanity). I think that it does represent people in some way. Some people forget or don't care about God. I think this is by far my favorite story/poem.

      My reflection: I must say, this reading was difficult to understand. The narrator (also the main character) falls into a deep and adventurous sleep. From what I understood, he is deciding between the truth and false. There's so many good biblical references said that helped him make his choice. I liked how the author wrote the story starting with the prologue then explaining the dream and then waking up after the dream.

      My reflection: This story is easier to understand. The summoner is just pure evil trying to take advantage of people. I can see him as the devil. The only way to be saved is through Jesus Christ. I noticed that all of the stories talk about God in some way.

      I just noticed that there is some alliteration in this! If I am correct, the sentences end with " wives, lives. wit, fit. alive, five".

      My reflection; It was a good story, I just didn't like how the carpenter was being treated. I'm not a big fan of stories that talk about being unfaithful to their spouse, but you can tell that the author has some really good imagination.

      My reflection: i love that God was brought up in everything especially at the wedding of Palamon and Emily. I personally, religiously speaking, think that a having a relationship with God in your marriage is the best. I do think it's a typical love story where two people fall for the same girl and then we are all so anxiously waiting to see who she ends up with. I think the author did really good with the details.
