Going off of the literal physical aspects of the painting, the line style is smooth with a "fuzzy" painting style, to create a vague amount of detail, as expressed by the horses' lack of eyes, and less emphasis on the woman's dress. In the scene the painting captures, a man and woman, presumably a couple, horseback riding as the focus of the painting. The horse even has a violin underneath its head. In the left corner behind the male figure, there is a man seemingly playing a violin. Near the horses legs, there are crowds of people/animals who also appear to be listening to music with glee. With the presumed couple as the main focus, it creates almost a sense of liberation. Although there are these people in the background, the woman is still topless wrapped in the arms of this man, uncaring of what others may think.
