In 1952,the Immigration and Nationality Act was passed, which established the basic framework forregulating migration processes. Analysis of theireffectiveness is important for evaluating the success of rehabilitation measures and determiningoptimal ways of their improvement. The development of a systemic policy, which includeseducational measures, employment support and access to social services, plays a primary role insolving this problem. Cooperation between government agencies, non-profit organizations, andmigrant communities exists to develop modern integration strategies

The arrival of large numbers ofmigrants has intensified debates about migration policy, national security, and economic instability. There is a need for manpower and a humanitarian responsibility to provide shelter to those fleeingconflict and persecution. However, there are questions about assimilation and the impact on socialservices. The result has been intense debate and polarized public opinion, requiring politicians tostrike a balance between protecting borders and ensuring openness and tolerance.

Intro- Because the US saw a big wave of migrants, debates around things like immigration policy have intensified. We as a country need people, and most of the immigrants coming in are essential workers, and beyond the statistic need we also have a humanitarian need to help those seeking asylum for them and their families.
