They represent a group of workers and serve as a medium between workers and management.

      The principle of comparative advantage is linked to export-oriented industrialization. And this strategy is a trade and economic policy aimed at accelerating a country's industrialization. This strategy involves exporting items with competitive advantages. Some countries have benefited from this export-led economic model. This type of economic growth strategy has advantages that allow a country's products to compete on a global scale. In the World War II period, countries such as Japan, South Korea, Tailand, Singapore, and others implemented an export-oriented industrialization approach.

      I couldn't agree more on this statement. Since our employers are the one who giving us the wages and also contribute to the statutory contribution, we head to work for them even though we don't like the job or task that has been given. We can't even say no all the time. Who are we to reject the task that has been given by the one paid us.

      Employee relations is defined as an organization's efforts to establish and maintain a strong relationship with its employees. Organizations strive to retain employees engaged and motivated in their job by establishing positive, constructive employee relations.

    5. It allows us to engage with other people and it helps us to define our sense of identity. It provides us with access to the material necessities of life, as well as to the advantages and achievements of civilisation.

      I do agree with this statement since when we are working, we will definitely socialize and engage with a lot of people. At the same time, we will able to find our identity through socializing with people.
