      Throughout the entire poem, I got the sense that the author is talking about how he hopes that nature and technology can coexist with one another without either one being a "dominant" force, but in this sentence, it seems as if the author is hinting that if we did return to nature, technology would be "watching over" us like parents or any authoritative figure.

      It's definitely weird to compare mammals and computers to water and the sky because water and the sky seem to go hand in hand, whereas nature and technology aren't as harmonious.

      It's very clear that the idea here is that you can't please everyone. Just like with social media, whether it's some video that you posted or a picture, there are going to be negative comments that you receive no matter what. Trying to please everyone just isn't possible.
