    1. TRINITY MARSHALL

Not showing given names or surnames as user display name is displayed

    2. You can change your settings later in your BC Services Card Account at id.gov.bc.ca

Updated to remove the link and just display text.

    3. Given Name TRINITY Surname MARSHALL User Display Name TRINITY MARSHALL Date of birth August 7, 1979 Sex Female Address 1965 NON ST. SECHELT, BC V9B1C8

Table format on desktop but goes to just regular on mobile.

    1. Age Age is over 19 Date of birth Address Unique identifier Sex Email

I prefer this in a list, but could also display in a sentence with the types separated by a comma. But I worry that it won't read right and require some extra effort.

    2. Government Gateway

One thing the other sites I looked do is that they start the sentence with the name of the service. I think this works well here as well.

Instead of "we will provide" this goes "x will receive"

In this example the RP doesn't have a logo. If you look at the returning example it has a logo displayed above this sentence.

    3. more details

Allow the user to view the actual values being shared.

In the modal I just have some examples. In here is where I say "BC Services Card login service" and I'm not sure what we exactly what we say for unique identifier so just added some example text.

    4. Name

We can list out all name attributes but I wonder if we can group and just say "name" - if surname, given name, user display name, etc are provided. If not we can list out each one as well.

    5. When do you want review the personal identity information?

Simplify this a bit and shorten it up. If we're showing the labels we don't need to give examples anymore.

      It used to say -

Tell us when you would like to review which personal identity information (like your name and birth date) is being shared.

I want to see this page:

    6. personal identity information

Could consider introducing this phrase here as it's used in the question below.

    7. You can change your settings later in your BC Services Card Account.

Fix a bit of a spacing issue

    2. Go to gov.bc.ca/bcservicescardhelp

Should we simplify this and not list out the troubleshooting tips and contact information. "Less is more"

    3. Government Gateway

Move this to the beginning of the sentence.

IF there is an icon/image, display it above. On mobile it is center aligned. This example is not the best as if it's a government logo again we don't want to display it again.

    1. Change Your Preferences Update your account settings or review your login history: Manage your account

In the new one, I suggest moving this to the main content area as we are hearing that people aren't looking in the right column.

    2. Tell us when you would like to review which personal identity information (like your name and birth date) is being shared. I want to see this page:

Simplify this language and add the "personal identity info" in the above sentence too.
