      I am not quite sure that I am doing this right, but if this works, I will share that the delayed feedback is hard in online courses. I like looking at students' faces in the classroom and see if they are getting it, looking confused, etc. Sometimes they are shy and don't want to ask, but when I say "ok, I am seeing some confused faces, they'll know they are not alone, and ask a question. Now I have to figure out how to do that in an online format.
